im not any good at putting my spyder victor back togeather it took me a hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours why because i kept putting my hammer in backwards and screwing it all back togeather and unscrewing it piss the fuck out of my mind the entire time then i had to adjust the velocity so the fucking bolt would go through the hole in the fucking hammer finally i get it and try 12 times to screw the velocity adjuster in finally i get it right and finish! but its good practice now im a expert! ha!

In the case that someone was using compressed air instead of co2, wouldn't it be a really bad idea to put oil into the bottom line hose? I've read about some instances in which HPA tanks blew up when they were being filled because a technician put oil in the fill nipple and it caused a fire in the tank under pressure. I'm not suggesting that you are wrong or anything; I was just curious if someone else knew more about this issue.

@koolzDUD i will perfer the sonix over the victor because the sonix have a clamping feedneck, also a grip. but it depends on ur budget. they are both mechanical so not so much different. i would recommend a 14' barrel upgrade.

the spyder victor you dont do all of this. DO not remove the cup seal or any of that front piece unless upgrading it. It is tough to service unless you know what to do (it says in the manual) to clean the victor, remove the bolt, the striker and barrel and run  clean witha squeegee and q tips to get in the tight places.

what might be the problem is that your co2/HPA tank is empty, or the Orings need to be replaced. the reason why is because the co2 powers the recock so if it is to low i wont recock. hope that helps.

also do not take the valve body out unless you have an air leak,it does not need to be disassembled for routine maintenance.

just remove bolt,striker,swab out inside really well,lube all o rings and reassemble.

Don't forget to re-chrono after every disassembly.
