I hope you don't mind me teasing, but in the first two handed routine, you reminded me of "Robot" from "Lost in Space". DANGER, Will Robinson, DANGER!!! Lol.
Very nice. I've been playing around with a 6ft bullwhip for some time now and I'm interested in learning more. Unfortunately, no one I know has any interesting in learning with me, and so far only been able to figure out some basics - forward crack, overhead crack, hungarian pig-drover's crack, and some basic hand switching. Any recommendations on resources that I might be able to obtain to learn more?
Google westernstageprops, the Northerwhipco, whip-basics or Anthony DeLongis they all sell very good training videos ranging from beginning whip cracking to advanced skills. Those would help you learn more.
nice. i have a bullwhip too, and i can do everything what you can, except that move in 1:25, i cant solve how you can do this. It is very good weapon, and in Hungary almost everybody can do atleast one cracking technique.
Woah! gotta learn that.... 2 cracks in one stroke? or was it just too fast? .... *sigh* sadly here in the Philippines, we only got makeshift whips we make from salvaging nylon rope.... anyway.. that was an inspiration... more power!
those are some awsome demonstration!! very impressive! i'm also interested in getting my first whip. any suggestions on where to get not too expensive bullwhips?
im goin to be buying my first whip im like a week i live in az and i want a loud comfortable, sturdy whip what kind or which 1 should i get? please email back
Perhaps you could give me a reccomendation as well. i'm more comfortable with the longer models, beacause i used to practice with those way back when. [really crappy ones, i'll admit] I'm looking to get a new one soon. Maybe you could reccomend me a good 18-20 footer?
To those who asked, While I consider the whip a tool, it has the potential to be used as a weapon or in self defense. When the whip cracks, the tip is breaking the sound barrier traveling upwards of 900 miles per hour, at that speed it has the ability to cut like a knife and even break bone. So in the proper hands it could become a very fast and useful ally or a dangerous adversary.
MEH!? That's lke getting hit in the face by an aircraft! [a very small, rope-like aircraft] but DAMN! I'm impressed, especially with the candle trick. I know its easy for you but DAAAAMN! Keep the vids coming!
10.0!!!

Where can I get bullwhips like that?
DanielWebsterCollege 4 years ago
bullwhips were the first human made object to break the sound barrier. the "crack" is actually a tiny sonic boom.
