Its funny, I was in CVS just yesterday and noticed a FLU shot bulletin. They said they were vaccinating at the pharmacy! I've never seen it before in CVS around my area. You had to go to the doctor for it. What's even more strange is that when I got home, I saw a commercial for Walgreens offering the vaccine and another commercial on a spanish channel.

I'm not thrilled with this legislation, but our government also needs the authority to help the population contain a really deadly epedemic or at least try. It is clear to me in this H1N1 outbreak that voluntary compliance, (stay home when your sick) doesn't work. People at my work come in obviously infected and refuse to leave because they are selfish and want to save their leave for later etc. Then a week later 6 more people in the building have the virus.

Its funny, I was in CVS just yesterday and noticed a FLU shot bulletin. They said they were vaccinating at the pharmacy! I've never seen it before in CVS around my area. You had to go to the doctor for it. What's even more strange is that when I got home, I saw a commercial for Walgreens offering the vaccine and another commercial on a spanish channel.

I did get my h1n1 shot and 7weeks later my arm still hurts. There is something wrong with that vaccine or a bad lot, or just a bad reaction on my part. Either way, I will be glad when the pain goes away.

My whole family just got over the N1H1 and it isn't that bad; lasted about a week! Only medicine I took was local raw honey and cinnamon, and drank lots of clean water and stayed away from all meat and dairy; a walk in the park and I am in my 60s. (smile)
So I guess once you have had it, you become exempt from having to take Big Pharma's crap shot! (grin)

I'm not thrilled with this legislation, but our government also needs the authority to help the population contain a really deadly epedemic or at least try. It is clear to me in this H1N1 outbreak that voluntary compliance, (stay home when your sick) doesn't work. People at my work come in obviously infected and refuse to leave because they are selfish and want to save their leave for later etc. Then a week later 6 more people in the building have the virus.

The pharmacuedical companies are not liable for any vaccines. They developed this shot two months after the discovery in Mexico? Was it premeditated....maybe. For your state's posted plan for road blocks, internment, etc (if any), google "state pandemic plans flu" - the shot may be voluntary, but non vaxed can be detained in "facilities" - no certainty of that, but since there's NO justification for WHO to have declared a level 6 pandemic, the specter of military force and confinement on arbitrary grounds is REAL.
