Nah, I'm not positive but Junpei was referring to Chihiro (NPC) for some reason but at first the protagonist thought that he was talking about Chidori. I dunno what about the two they're talking about though. And yeah, it was "megane" that Junpei said, not "megami".

LIke, the second half of the second she takes a walk video is about operation babe hunt, and Yukari is laughing at them for hitting on Aigis, and ultimately failing in the end. Hence why minato, akihiko, and junpei get pissed off. Still, there are too many parts that are just too open ended. LIke how a hole in the wall magically appears in the PA room.
