each of them, like some sort of expansion...and maybe the two teams (Prolly assumming one name: like Team Chaos or sumthing like that, not the best name but ill think of one) will take them all bcuz they want to rule over everything with these uber pokemon (who wouldn't?) and so u must try to stop them...and then like most gmaes they'll come to the turning point with the strong legendary of the game: Arceus...and thruout the game they'll be terrorizing earht and the rest of the universe.

The remakes ARE going to happen and so is the end of the series that introduced NEW pokemon

now since you can migrate pokemon from Kanto and Hoen via GBA slot you can almost fill up all of their entries NOW since it's all but impossible to attain Johto pokemon they HAVE to make remakes of G/S this is also supported using the Dusk and Dawn stone since they evolve pokemon that were introduced in the second generation but now that you have GBAs of FR/LG/R/S/E you and the DS's of G/S you can ALL

Fire red/ leaf green was created to complete the pokedex right? however this may not prove so anylonger. The new DS has no GBA slot so you will not be able to complete the dex without trading with others that did not get the new DS if you did. So they will need the newer games to feature pokemon from fire red/ leaf green and ruby emerald and sapphire to do so. Pokemon platinum has already started this by making it possible to get the 3 bired and regis.
