You know where all the money is going? It's going to the people who decided this bull corn. 100k + a year to make decisions for everyone. I'd like to see one of those stuffy suited men trying to teach a class of fifty kids, getting a teacher's pay. Then let's talk about where to cut spending.
There are TONNNNNS of areas we could cut spending on: football fields, wars, entertainment (stop paying those silly actors/singers handsomely... they're spoiled as it is!)
In the WAITING FOR SUPERMAN movie, Geoffrey Canada states, " I actually know how hard it is to be a GOOD teacher.
It took me 3 years to become a DECENT teacher, BEFORE I really LEARNED my CRAFT.
And then in about 5 years, I was a MASTER teacher."
Ironically, 50% of NEW teachers QUIT within 5 years.
Inner-city schools are innundated with NEW teachers, because once a teacher gains EXPERIENCE, she moves to a school in the suburbs. Schools where the kids actually listen to the teacher.

what other country lets TEACHERS educating kids.....get layed off...while we pay dumb-ass athletes & actors..millions of dollars..
guess entertainment is more important than kids education.....
more education a kid TODAY has less likely he will stick a gun in your face for your money TOMORROW
