And you probably only get $300 out of them when it might of cost $145, $155 total and sevral weeks wasted doing that when you could of done ure job and get $4000 a month. I love the PS3, but it's by far the worst browser of ALL TIME! Quite LITERALLY, a cell phone browser could outperform it. The PS3 browser freezes far too often, even just when you enter text into a text box. And the incompatibly issues are horrible.

Spread the word and hopefully Sony might actually do something about it for a change.

I agree.We live in the year when mostly every one should have a computer.I have a PS3, but still manage to play XB 360 more.But this proves PS3 really is not all about a gaming.Its more about multimedia.Thats probably why there losing to Microsoft and Nintendo.(And prices are crazy for ps3.)

Honestly, even though the browser blows, it's a sweet multimedia machine for the $. A blueray player as well as a gaming machine that rivals the quality of an XBOX360... for $400 is a steal. A great interface for your video files an music and WAY easier to navigate than the 360.

UNFORTUNATELY ur friends say it sucks for the lack of games. That is true.

NETWORK support is a joke also. Know how to setup your online connection... DO NOT GO WIRELESS! It is the achilles heel of the PS3.

PS3 has completely crashed several times while using the browser, to the point where no buttons work on the pad and the system has to be turned off by holding the touch power button for about a year or by turning off at mains or switching the switch on the back off.

All this can happen when looking at ONE page.

New Flash doesn't work, other things don't work, sometimes there is a really useful message stating: "A Javascript error occurred" with the option "Back".
