i think if u do this then clap traps dont give you back pack up grades there for fucking up the achevement fully load

For all the people who say they're a high level with only 2 weapon slots, you must play the actual campaign missions and you will unlock more weapon slots. Playing just side quests or nit doing any quests will not get you more weapon slots. Your level doesn't matter, rather how far you are in the main quest line. Hope this helped!!!

By the way i have found a much easier way to equip 5 weapons at once. Just go to your back pack and switch a weapon really fast and click back (circle or B) so your on the game play then go back to your back pack and drop a weapon then pick it up but DON'T HOLD SQUARE OR X! and you should have 5 weapons at once. (worked for me might for YOU if u want a tutorial just ask and i will make a vid for ya.

Not only will the skill tree glitch give you the extra slots, you can also redo the claptrap mission to give yourself more backpack sdus. I got my backpack sdu up to 228 slots.

if you keep doing the glitch 1 time then do it agian and get 42 slots do it agian and agian(and im talking abought the max skill glitch)and you get 2 slots each time you turn in the mission retune to dr.ned after killng sledge or killing mad mell mission and those benifets you get from the max skill glitch

umm I didnt do this glitch but I got 6 weapons already... the arrow buttons will let me select the 4 guns I equiped earlyer but if I keep pressing (Y) I got 2 extra guns ... its really pissing me off because sometimes it switches the guns around in the slots so say I want a shotgun it will us a repeater pistol. Do you know if theres anyway do delete the X-tra weapon slots???

i find it kind of, useless. because if you need to use a different weapon, you can just go into your backpack, switch it out, use it, then switch it back. and another thing, it's kind of sad on how many different glitches and mods and how easy it is to get mods and shit on Borderlands. And they finally released a patch to get rid of the mods.

murasamewielder actually you don't need to do all that if you have the right version of willow tree you can simply make the amount of equip slots you want and just use them you can even drop them or friends i myself can equip 29 weapons of coarse i need to drop and pick them back up if i exit the game or join someone if i knew how to make a mastery i would but i don't PS i'm not telling what a mastery is but my psn id is the_king_851 hit me up if you want to join my clan

just so you know, if you do restart your game, you will need someone to help you with both talking to Ned in the beginning and to get to trash coast. i don't know why, that's just how it is

this happened to me on PC

i wasnt doing any splitscreening i was joining a lan game hosted by a guy doing sledge quest and i had the last weapon slot quest (finding new haven) as my active

when i went back onto single player mode i ended up with 4 slots, after i finished the finding new haven quest they gave me the reward and ended up with 5

good vid. my friend gave me a moded shield and i was messing around with it in friends game. i defeted krom and picked up his side arm and some others when i didnt have a full back pack then started to fighting and i had 12 guns but when i go to a game from then on there in my bag and it only does it if i use the moded shield

I got the glitch and i don't want that many weapons, how can i get rid of my 5th slot. I have no way of even getting the item out of my 5th slot without restarting and then whenever I pick up any item it goes there. it's annoying as hell. Really I only want 3 cause I do a sniper shotty rocket combo, but i can survive with a smg in there, but 2 smgs that I don't use is annoying.

I honestly don't know, it's always been vertical for me. I'm on the PS3, fyi, so if you're on the 360, that may be why.

@MurasAmewiEldeR i have a question for the max skill glitch whenever you do that it restarts your character right? Then i have heard from people who have done this glitch that they cant talk to zed the first time with their character because his house wont open how did u end up getting past that?

@kkkpole: You have to start a new character and host a game with it, split-screening with the character you glitched. If you've done both playthroughs, then you'll have to do the entire game like this. But, if you haven't done that much yet, then you only have to play up until you completed the last quest you were originally on. Then you can solo again. It sucks, I know, but it's the only way past it. I recommend starting a new character and going up to New Haven, then do this glitch.

You see, when you do this glitch, it erases your quest log, but not your dialogue log, so the game sees you needing to do the quest, but the dialogues won't happen, and the quests won't trigger. BUT, if you have a hosting character that doesn't have the dialogues, the quests will trigger, and you'll be able to reaccomplish the quests off of it.
