sindorim station is especially packed because it is a transfer station for seoul's busiest subway lines which are lines 1 and 2. KTX and other Passenger trains connect here as well.

Mumbai is not only crowded but dangerous too. Apparently 10 die each day. Well no wonder with millions commuting in a day at the biggest station. Well that's crowded!

But I wonder if just running to my destination would be quicker. I don't even ride a bicycle anymore. I just put on running shoes, running t-shirt, put the regular top in the bag and go! Then you just change once you dry up. That's an efficient use of time. Really, I have never been to the gym. The streets are my gym!

it is always crowded in the trams, at rush hours, but never on platforms and such cos theres one like every 3 minutes, but woah this is crowded. wonder what happened

@MrJAGtv Most of subway stations in South Korea have double door system so that people don't get pushed onto the track accidentally, which did happen before. Check other videos of Seoul subways and you will see what I mean. It's pretty neat as it keeps out the noise and dirt from the tracks out of the platform area.

I live in Seoul. Yes, sometimes the subways are crowded, but I wouldn't say they're any worse than they are in New York City during rush hour.

Wow I lived in Korea and took subway a lot of time(I'm Korean) but nver seen like that crowded, prob it's because some of the workers Were on strike or something, this doesn't happen very often even though in rush our time. And line 1 is not that crowded(above land) usually

no. particular stations in the subway are crowded all the time. the station in that vid is the busiest station in the entire country. it's busy from the morning till night. many students who have to go to school by using the subway complain that the station in the vid is busy all the time. hope that helps

Surprising! I have lived in/visited Turkey, China, Japan, Korea, France, etc., and have been to that station before, but never seen it that, or any station in the world, that crowded before. (Shinjuku station is very spacious). Nice documentation!

I was surprised at how crowded it was too, but compared to other countries like Japan, Spain, Turkey, and China, this is really nothing. Nice Vids shows a lot about the country, with a more positive attitude.

You're totally right. I've seen videos of the "subway pushers" in Japan who literally pack the subways full via shoving (whilst wearing lovely white gloves)! It's crazy busy!

i would say that i've never seen madrid's subway as crowded as that (i'm using madrid's subway for more than 10 years now). i think however it can happen in the future since madrid's subway average train is small.

i don't know about barcelona or valencia's because i've just been there as a tourist.

this is irony! I'm Korean but now i'm in Victoria in Canada. and you guys are canadian but now in Korea. the place is Sindorim station, isn't it? there are usually bunch of people cuz that station is for transferring :) and the narrow route is not an emergency route, but a way for disabled. that sould be empty for disabled people :(
