The rear ones were repainted about 1 1/2 to 3 years ago when they were rebuilt, with the last 38-2 being one of the units with the Golden Rodent decal. All GP38-2's that are being rebuilt or to be rebuilt, will not have the Golden Rodent on them, just Canadian Pacific.

i think ive seen maybe one sd-40 on the cp line in the past year.

I love the CP units without the golden Rodent and that is why I love the CP GEVO's. I did like the SD40-2's, but somewhere I seen that you said they where disappearing.
