yes. natural meaning the only supplements we can use are the legal ones that you can by over the counter at CVS, Walgreens. GNC, and so fore. However, Chris and I do not use any of the legel Pro Hormones. Just do not trust them and do no want to take the chance of getting disqualified at any contest.
