I love dahl so much. Although this one does look a little too simple for me on most days. I like to have lots and lots of vegetables cooked into mine. Very handy short-version for when you're up against it though.

I cooked this the other day.
I would add more garlic in the future, and I would say that (at least some) red lentils take longer to cook than it says.
Very good on reheats too!
