Delhi has a better infrastructure than Mumbai. Look at the way how new airports, metros, roads, and highways are being built in Delhi. Delhi metro is Delhi's pride. I personally think that Delhi, Greater Noida, and Gurgaon will doing much better than Mumbai in terms of transportation and infrastructure. Pod taxis (used in European countries) will be introduced in Gurgaon from next year.

Delhi has a better infrastructure than Mumbai. Look at the way how new airports, metros, roads, and highways are being built in Delhi. Delhi metro is Delhi's pride. I personally think that Delhi, Greater Noida, and Gurgaon will doing much better than Mumbai in terms of transportation and infrastructure. Pod taxis (used in European countries) will be introduced in Gurgaon from next year.

Lmao lets not say that much :P. Bihar is goona get its development touch too. Theres alot of projects underway in India that we dont know off. We cant do more than half the things because were the largest democracy, unlike China which can demolish a slum in days without caring for Human rights. But in our own way and pace were doing fine. @supershaitan - Dharavi is reality of Mumbai. 50% of Mumbai's population lives in Dharavi. Not showing it in pictures doesn't take away the facts.

I have had the stench fill my nostrils when traveling by local trains between Sion and Matunga. And remember "Size doesn't matter".. :-))

@Jaysidizzle : eh... your knowledge of both history and mumbai is very poor...the british didnot build any highrises in the city.. there was not even a concept of a "highrise" in india pre-1947.. all those shiny buildings and gleaming skyscrapers you see in this video were built after the 1970s.. and still are continuing to be built.. Mumbai will soon see a building taller than New Yorks Empire State.. the project is called "world one" . so dont be a sore bitch & learn to give credit where due

What I think would be of even greater import would be free (if not compulsory) university education for those who want it and who have an aptitude for it. I'm not so sure that becoming like the western countries is really such a desirable goal. Many western countries, as you know, are crumbling...crippled with inertia and fear and insecurities. India, like China, will soon enough be leading the world.
