Get a high compression head for a 5hp briggs...on ebay, craigslist...and go to the hardware store and get a piece of black pipe threaded on one end. The exhuast outlet is actually threaded no those. instant header, and with the high compression head (run 92 octane)you'll see some amazing speed out of that thing. I've done it. Trust me. Do it.

a bigger sprocket will give u more power (better for hill climbing) a smaller sprocket will give u more torque

Sorry , your wrong there, a small back sprocket and big front will give u speed, small front and big back will give you more tourqe/power, so if he had say a 13 tooth on his clutch and 46 on his axel, it would be much faster then if he had a 13 on his clutch but a 50 tooth on his axel, but the speed setup takes longer to get up to the top speed.
