The simple fact is that whoever has control over a pension fund is moot because the people who paid into it believe they own it. If it is taken away those people will go ballistic. This is how revolutions start.
@TheCorporationNation BTW I'm Canadian. Pension funds have a legal definition. They are privately held pools of money (even if the employees are public servants) which are administered by companies. There are very strict laws about what the companies administering them can do with the money. One of them is that any investment vehicles must be rated AAA. I believe this is (or was until recently) true in your country.

Better yet, start off with just audio. Once you're done editing, switch to video for the final product.
I believe you've got it wrong there on the Utah Stocks Index. The Index measures the performance of publically traded companies that have their HQ's in that state. It's not about what the state inc. owns, THAT isn't widely advertised for obvious reasons). Really enjoyed your other productions especially Lethal Injection
