"How to think like Google"? Well, this may be a bit off-topic, but try searching in Google for "Independent Online" if you have McAfee Site Advisor installed. It will show the Indy's site with the most serious red rating & says it "breached browser security" on the test PC. (This has been going on for a couple of days: maybe the Indy needs to check its ad links for dodgy stuff).
This is corporate boardroom bullshit. Customer, client and business development. It was the rhetoric of the 90'ties neo-liberal era, by which the super-elite taught competing small-timers to justify the who hierarchy and negligence towards the majority of the population, who don' t have influence or power to these cover-up speeches. This rhetoric produced nothing but identity and motivation to the lower executives.
