you could placed a regular PC fan next to the graphics card and have a little more cool air over the heat sink. I just fixed my graphics card small fan motor, luckly it was just a lot of fine dust inbedded in the shaft and bushings. Some compressed air and a little bit of 3 in 1 oil on the shaft top and bottom brought it back to life. Dust and heat are killers for these small devices. Part of success is not to give up. When there is a will there is a way. Thumbs up!
@MarioIArguello yep. This pc is small, maybe mini ITX size, so there is very little room inside. Even with the fan working properly, I was still having trouble with heat until I removed the TV tuner card in the adjacent slot, and then, no more problems.
Hey, i have the same video card that's been failing overheating, the fan is stopping, i have to manually turn it, do you know what p/n of the fan if I can get similar.
@Keashane I was never able to find a fan for sale. Replacing the bearings is fairly inexpensive, though. search google for "bearings direct". once in that website, go to the metric sealed bearings. The inside diameter (ID) is 2.0, but you'll have to measure the bronze bushings you remove to verify the outside diameter (OD). I think it is 5.0.
@trust2frustr8 Which one? I admit, If I were to do it again, I would use something different for songs 2 and 3, due their annoying redundancy. I'm a fan of the title sequence song, and the jazzy one at the end.
Nice video. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I like the song. Reminds me of the A-Team or similar 80's hero show.

@jeriellsworth Thanks Jeri! It was supposed to be a spoof of MacGyver, for the most part.

Even if you're not interested in the topic, you should at least watch the title sequence.
