I got my hedgie from a pet store, and they had him in with a dominate hedghog and it attacked mine alot, I don't think he'll ever trust me completly, its been almost 2 months and hes still nasty and bites alot ;-;

Hedgehogs sold in pet stores are sold by breeders who sell them at too early of an age so that the pet store will get them at an appropriate time, so he probably missed out on important socializing because of that, too. It takes a long time sometimes, bare with him! One of my hedgehogs was a rescue from a year ago and he's still a grumpy pants most of the time.

my hedgehog eats Purina Naturals plus vitamins and minerals for its high protein and low in fat I also feed her about 3 meal worms a day and mix it up with fruits (blueberries, strawberries, sweet potatoes, and veggies are usually mustard greens ,kale. I'll post some videos sometime soon.

My hedgehog eats very high quality cat food ($15 for a small bag) and crickets and mealworms. Insects are a very important part of their diet. Most hedgehog food is terrible.

NONE of that is true for a Pet hedgehog. no pet hedgehog should be eating those things. I bet if you put a african pygmy hedgehog in the same room as a squirrel it will not eat it. Try actually doing REAL research on a hedgehog if you ever really plan to get one.
