There is a certain magic to Ireland. You can hear it in the laugh of her people, as if they can see something the rest of us can't. You can taste it in her food, its the ingrediant that makes such simple recipes so distinctive. No more apparent is it however, then in the land itself, one almost doubts their eyes when looking at the utter beauty of her hills and fields of green. Could something like this really exist outside of a fairy tale?
