  • If your discs have slipped & your vertebrae are on top of each other, compacted...I would think you would need something to support your neck! Yes, regenerate it as you mentioned........but I would still think the neck support would be crucial? Thanks for responding! :)

  • Waking up with an Achy Body and Mind has been quite the problem for me, I'm very grateful for this information.

  • What if you are old & have back & neck disc degeneration??

  • @manitoubluecat regenerate it!

  • Whoa! I tried pillow under hips... serious difference. Thank you so much for sharing this!

  • Lets spread this information!! It needs to touch more peoples lives, more people need to hear it, lets help david wolfe open the worlds eyes by spreading this stuff.

  • At the weekend i flew from Amsterdam airport where they have the new body scanners, I told the security guards that I wasn't convinced it was safe for me to go through. Eventually they let me go through the old one that doesn't use microwaves. We need to stand up for ourselves and make it clear that we won't accept to have our health put at risk.

  • IF I SLEEP ON MY SHOULDER IT WILL GO NUMB...LOL

  • Om Namah Shivaya

  • I stopped using a pillow a long time ago, I wrote about it in my blog. I have a pillow just to keep the bed looking nice, but it goes straight on the floor when I get into bed. When it comes to health, forget the science, just look in nature. I don't see any pillows there, so I won't use one either. I sleep really well and have a good posture. I'm glad to see a few others breaking away from tradition.

You can't sleep when cold because your body needs to move to keep warm!

  • Ok, I'll let go of my pillow :( That might just be the answer I have been looking for...I've had neck pain forever!!! Thank you for the tip :)

By the way.. I guess.sleeping in a freezing room means really high AC. I've heard that AC is really bad for your health and does not contain a single negative ion (negative ions are the good ones found near the ocean, waterfalls, mountains, forests..).

  • @peaceandveggies NUCCA dude honest.

  • I understand that it isn't mandatory to go through the body scanner. So you could just refuse to go in it and they have to let you on the plane anyway. But probably this will not go easy and you'll have to go through some trouble before they let you go.

But then thats easy for me to say, because I don't travel by plane at all.

I think we have to stand up for ourselves by not submitting to unnecessary procedures that can damage our health.

  • when i was a kid i got into the habit of sleeping with my head under the pillow. haha

  • coming back from Brazil in air france planes means you get sprayed on, before the plane takes off, they come with 2 spray each hand and spray all over, keep doing that until the whole plane is full of this toxic smoke, I never know what to do about it, they never explain why , this year I changed airlines .

  • i'm so glad you posted this! I've always hated using a pillow and just have been using a super thin one, but now i'm going to ditch it!

does anyone know the legalities of the airport scanners? is there any way of getting around going through them? I dont like the idea that they can see everything, and all that awful radiation!

  • DUNE!!!

  • I feel better about sleeping without pillows, now. I always knew they were associated with neck pains, in our backwards world.

  • What a beautiful guy!

  • @neroli528 SO NO TO NAKED BODY SCANNERS!

  • No Pillow tonight !!
