You bring a rather unique message to the "progressive" (and just general) community in the states, that one has to actually do that little thing called "work" to actually achieve some semblance of what they want politically. @411calls That's a great video... He seems pissed when he discusses all the malarky that 3rd party contenders have to go through just to get ballot access. Which I don't blame him for. It really is bullshit, and the two major parties aren't even subject to the same rules. in 2008, the republican party didn't even qualify for ballot access for the presidential race, but they were on the ballot anyways.

@variablast I have been thinking about using it intentionally to describe all poor people. Here in the USA we LOVE TO HATE POOR PEOPLE. We have all sorts of different words that all essentially mean "nigger." Like "white trash" "hillbilly" "redneck" "street urchin" "bum" "gutter trash"

It's all an expression of hatred towards poor people, and love to dehumanize them by calling them something other than human.

@ootdega not really, no, there's a market for all sorts of View, Stefan Molyneux survives off his online media and he's an anarchist. Punk Patriot does a good job and will grow his audience over time. Conservative radio does well not cause it has more appeal but just cause in the morning apparently more conservatives tend to be driving around in their cars, or maybe it's that liberals are usually listening to music, not sure. Different mediums, different audience.
