  • @link70181 i think the thing with oil pastels is they never dry (seal) so they would be covered normally (under glass). i use the paint stick (shiva) because it is like oil paint in that it marries with oil paint and it hardens /seals. you can get them thick or thin. also i use chinagraph pencils which seam to work fine too.

  • @boogiemonster123 self taught painting for 20 years,...just went thru a diploma at tafe...heading for a batchelors next year. im finding i learn most from researching others' styles ,and trying to copy... it always comes out not perfect ,and voila! an original style is born. (if that makes sense)
