You need to be a bit more confident in your ability, nerves affect your vocals as when you're nervous your vocal cords tense up, and you're playing also tenses leading you speed up and slow down. I have no videos of me playing on youtube but I've been playing for 6 years haha. Just forget there's a camera or a person there
You're doing great, you need encouragement and take what I've said as just that.
I'm still working really hard on it. I had to drop the last note in just about every measure of this song, 'cause it would throw me off. Thanks for the compliment!
