Hi Diane, I did do the HCG and lost 27 lbs... but then things came up that required for me to d/c it for awhile but now am ready to get back on it again and lose another 30lbs...i did gain back almost 10 lbs and so need to get back on it again.... Where should I order my HCG from? I had gotten here in town from a local clinic but the cost was out of sight... Thank you for your help in letting me know where to purchase the HCG online... Yes that is what I said. I've worked out in my life and it makes a BIG BIG difference. You can weigh more and not look your weight -- have less bodyfat. I'm also pretty tall. 5'9"

I was so excited when I broke 200, too! It's so great. P3 and P4 are nice breaks! It's nice to be at a new weight for a few weeks! I think you are smart to let yourself catch up to that - It's been good for me.

But, I did go 58 days on VLCD, so I really wanted to take the full 6 weeks between. I worry about losing my dad too, from diabetes and being overweight.. So sorry for your loss. I want to be around for my kids...that's what inspired me to do this and do it right!

Hey Amanda, Congrats with the weight loss. I do want to go a little longer. For some reason I'm gaining and stalling and gaining and stalling. But I have this one thing in late August that I have to attend. I may just do the 72 hours and then the event and then go back on VLCD for another 20 days. Not sure yet. I'm not sick of the diet...just yet. Thank you for subscribing.

My mother smoked and died from a heart attack when I was 17 and a Senior in high school. I hated seeing her addicted to cigarettes and never smoked or used drugs because of it. Dying and leaving children is very selfish, but the addict only thingk of theirself. Watch ROGER GOULD, M.D.'s clips here on YouTube about "Shrink Yourself" as that book has helped me with emotional eating.

*Tear.. Girl this was such a touching video. So sorry to hear about your dad, its always hard to let go when we lose a loved one... I am glad that you realized that you had an addiction to food before it was too late, so be glad and Thank God that you overcame!! I feel the same way you do!! When men tell me that I look beautiful, it makes me uncomfortable because I still have the mindset of a 243 pound chick.. We have to rise above this, We can do it..
