  • thai som tum is so much better than the vietnamese version. why did you use tamarind though? Whenever I made it I only use lime, fish sauce and palm sugar.

  • @OnKneesforJesus We did use some lime, tamarind is used because of its sweet and tangy flavour.  It really brings out more to the taste
