I do not think they care anymore, the system is broken, my government teacher in high school used to say, if it ain't broke don't fix it, it is clearly broken and it is time for the people in the US, to use the original documents set up by our founding fathers and fix the system i.e. The Declaration of Independence...Thomas Jefferson said to clear it up every forty years I believe...

If congress doesn't enforce the law, they are in breach of the social contract that we are all under. This is constitutional justification for an 0verthr0 of g0vern ment.

If they don't enforce the laws at the top, they have no right to enforce the laws at the bottom. We are either a nation of laws or we are a nation of despots and slaves.

Write to the house judiciary committee and demand hearings on the Bush and Cheney impeachments.

Write your Congressman demanding they support impeachment and thier oath to defend the constitution.

Write to the newspapers in John Conyers district (he's head of the committee) decrying his refusal to have hearings. Stress that failure to do so will bring huge donations to any opposition candidates in the future.

These are the first steps to getting BushCo impeached and tried.

An example has to be made. The rest of the world, and even history, must be made aware that Americans were themselves let down by the Bush administration.

Even if Bush were to resign or  be out of office by the time an impeachment hearing would begin...we should impeach him BECAUSE HE HAS COMMITTED CRIMES.

A criminal needs to be charged.

I agree, justice must be done here for everyone involved. The soldiers dead & alive, the families that have been torn apart by this war, & the people of Iraq.

Hell every US citizen has felt the impact of the poor judgement & outright lies of these individuals.

We MUST impeach the President who gets a blowjob, but bypass the President that sends 5000 soldiers to their death, and 25000 wounded.

We elected a guy so besotted by alcohol by age 45, there are holes in his head he cant parse two phrases together to make a sentence.

A VP who when told 70% of America think this war is wrong, said "SO WHAT?". A SECDEF so mentally challenged by losing the Vietnam 40 years ago he reinvents the war in Iraq, mistaking it for Vietnam in speeches.
