  • Trying to figure people out is a losing game. I'm not sure about the new toy comment. Did you click on audio preview?

  • I suppose as long as we have a persistence of memory we will have regrets...the trick is to have selective amnesia.

  • lol

  • ha, you are so right, Max!

Love the subject, music, images, color, texture.......

    Fav.

  • thank you, menchu!

  • Hi...I'm back. OMG I'm "killing" time I should be working on my syllabus, but..this is more fun and intellectually stimulating. I need to learn how to "use" my time in a more productive manner, say what?? Like what?? Baloney, this is a great way to "spend" time. so there...there. :))

  • Oh Yay..it did post, so now I can add another rating; last time I gave you 5 stars, lets see this time I'll give you...5 stars. You deserve more my friend. This is brillant Bobbie... The theme of "time"...it seems to pass more quickley as we get older doesn't it...???

  • So sorry to arrive at the party so late. Time...yes, how many of us look back in time with regret over decisions we made and wish we could turn back the hands of time and do it right; actually thats all we really have is NOW,this moment. We can't really change what has alread happened, hopefully we can learn from our mistakes and we don't even know if we will be here tomorrow. The best thing we can do is treasure every moment, be aware and understand that it may be our last... kudos Bobbie xx

  • Well said, Maggsy! Thanks girlie! xo

  • Abstract Art at its Best, Bobbie! Great stuff. An aspect of Time Travel I had forgotten.

    ThanX!

  • much thanks, berry!

  • Thank you Beatlemarek!

  • exlecent

  • Hi Mitch. Thanks!

  • Hi there, mitch!

    thanks for coming...

  • Excellent work, Bobbie! Love the edit at 2:02! The way the exploding pocket watch fits to the music was perfect. This video is a reminder to me how the clock on the wall sometimes controls my life. Some days I wish there wasn't a clock to be found.

    *****

    Sparky64 >:-)

  • Gracias, Sparky! I bet mankind has been wishing that ever since Adam was a pup. Well, he didn't have a clock, but I bet he was wishing to do away with the sundial ;)

  • You are one of few reasons I don't regret this particular window of time travel...

Regardless of being a 19th century man...

  • Thank you Stu! 19th century men are stalwart and true!

  • un vídeo surrealista.

También me trajo al recuerdo la bella canción de Reloj no marques las horas...

    Buen trabajo.

  • wonderful imagery, I especially liked the clock rotating thru the landscapes from :47 to 1:01. :)

  • Hey girl! That's one of my favorite parts too! ty

  • All I can say is time with you and your creations has been time well spent for me.

    Thanks B~

  • Thank you, M! xo

  • Very true video....hits hard n deep...

  • Glad it hit home with ya, Rob!

  • Very fine work..Like working on a watch. Yea our heart is the rythme of our time. I used but a small scene of a clock on my last video, and indeed it as that symbolic magic of something much greater. Excellent dear!

  • Merci, Boucrate!

  • Very cool bobbie. Thanks. I agree with your description as well. Whatever we do from this very moment is real, and the past does not exist at this very moment.

  • True, Alex. The past only exists in our minds, and our minds can be grossly unreliable at times.

  • Time is different here on earth as compared to just 20 miles above your head.

  • Imagine a dimension of time that exists on the Y scale as compared with the X scale that is our abstract understanding. I've often wondered...

  • That is the theory of relativity. In fact it is referred to as "space-time". Gravity effects time as well as space, the greater the mass, the greater the effect.

  • This is wonderfull Bobbie, 5* and added to favs. Time ever marching on, sometimes it apears to be faster and at other times slowed down. I find that happens when skydiving, when you are falling it seems longer and when it's over it seemed to be a shorter time span. I wondered if Dalis clocks would make an apreance. Just great Nick.

  • That's a great analogy and goes right along with what Ick said! Thanks Nick!

  • Awesome! Yup :D Don't live your life living someone else's dream! We have to give our meaning to life... and live it it with No Regerts! Yeah, I spelled regrets wrong.. But I don't regret it!! :D

  • really lol! wtg Adam!

have you ever noticed when we give of ourselves to others our lives automatically have meaning? I think God planned it that way. He's a smart guy ya know..lol

  • very nice video,thank nesi

  • thank you, Angel, for commenting!

  • Well done! Time-based themes are some of the most interesting ones out there (not surprising I would think so, eh?) :-)

  • Not surprising at all, my time warping friend. Your videos ROCK!

  • Thats it...I'm getting up from this desk and tossing these papers...Whoosh! Gonna walk right out and enjoy.....my lunch. Pick em up later. Awesome video Bobbie and much to heed!

  • Yay PinchyRick! Get out there and enjoy the hell out of that lunch break! Heheheh, thanks!

  • Nesi thank you for sharing the video!!

    Very good video !!

  • I don't know who Nesi is, but thank him/her for me! Thanks for stopping in, Katherine!

  • Oh Bobbie, simply a Masterpiece! I'll be thinking about this one for awhile..

  • Hey Rosie. thank you. I'd trade this video for having your channel squared away and chatting with you more often. xo

  • very nice, 10* -

    Thanks FARAON

    Carlinhos

  • Much appreciated, Carlinhos!

  • I see Dali's melting clock "animation"

And the fading in the end...

WOW, I wonder what Editing Program you use.

No need to tell! Keep the secret!

  • I use an older version of Sony Vegas. It's no secret, I've mentioned it several times 8)

  • oh, the same I use...Sony Vegas 6.0 ?

But maybe with not so much wisdom.

  • Version 4.0

    Kimberly

  • Hi Kimberly! Thanks so much for your encouragement and friendship!

  • the years go by rather quickly once

you achieve a certain age...you know

forty something but there,s no point

    worrying...a stiff upper lip and

soldier on is the british way ;)

  • sometimes I regret the small things

a child I could have hugged more

a man I could have lovingly encouraged

a cliff I could have sat on longer

a subscriber I could have subbed to twice

  • lol...sub me again

  • well alrighty!! Yes, I will!

  • that settles it- i'm subbing to you again right now!

  • YAY!!

  • Do you want to sub me again too??

  • I'm going to unsub just so I can sub again!

  • i don,t re-call being sat on ;)

    Alicja

  • thank you Alicja!

  • Now that was very coool!!!*****Duke

  • Hi Duke! thanks a bunch!

  • So true 7. And a great quote from a great poet

    Jamz

  • That Sandburg guy was a genius!

  • Salvador Bobbie! What an eerie mood this puts me in,and the clock ticking away the whole time

    Cool effects on this *****

  • Hope it doesn't give you weird dreams of clocks chasing you all night long. Thanks Tom!

  • Not a problem, though I am a bit introspective and wonder at how my coin is spent... the value of my investments.Hindsight and doubt.

  • You know what they say about hindsight.

We can't get back the coin we've spent, but we can spend the next coin with more purpose :)

  • I'm broke...

  • I dig it.

  • I very much dig that you dig it! 8)

    Thanks for the comment 8)

  • Cool video, the score fits perfectly. I get the impression from the ticking of the clock and the video description that living my life as a mindless drone... eat, sleep, work, repeat... might not be the best use of my coin. gonna fav this one.

  • Time passing really interferes with life happening sometimes, dmio. Guess we have to do what we have to. Thanks for faving it!
