You're a moron. That's not the case. Cats that have that done have spasms that cause them to literally flop back and forth. My guess would be something wrong with his hears and it's the medicine settling in his that makes him shake his head. And that's coming from an animal tech that deals with animals daily.

We had a cat wich got an ear infection once. Used to do that after we put in it's ear drops to treat it.
