I played on adept for the first day, and then switched it to Master after. I find (even at master difficulty) Skyrim is really easy to play, not much challenge to it.

I never really played call of duty... I pretty much go into further detail in other videos about all of the things you said there. I played through on Adept to level 70, and became God.

Then I started a new game on Master, and I'm having 10x as much fun. Advice is, once you understand the mechanics of combat, alchemy, and upgrades, quit what your doing and play on Master! But only from beginning to finish. no cheating :)

@RedguardStoleMyHorse me too, i did the fast smithing thing at level 18 and made me a dragon scale armour and improved it to legendary, and some badass bow too, got too easy, i killed giants with 5 hits at level 18 -.-, now i'm on master

@marfg12345 Yeah I'm now once again lv 18 but smithing is 60 and I'm still wearing fur armor and a 2h steel axe (only weapon) xp (expert, master is impossible that way)

er no just no, go on master difficulty get to lvl 32 try and kill three frost trolls, seriously it is impossible without like the best gear in the game

@lifeofdeaths if you are a mage, with 100 destruction, you are reasonably good at the game with decent gear, it is as easy as killing a wolf, makes the game soo easy and it can get a little boring playing as mage.

@TheSkyrimVenture I respectfully disagree. Destruction seems underpowered(unless an enemy mage is using it cause then it's OP) and this is especially true on Master. I had to use about 10-15 Ice spikes just to kill a bandit thug. I was constantly running out of mana because it took so many spells just to drop one enemy.

@ZM7241994 i think it is partly down to personal experience but also the equipment you use, for example when using fireball with a stub effect, by using the stun ever 4ish attacks, and then 2 handed fireball attacks in between, im generally able to take down an Elder Dragon on master before it gets chance to attack or fly off.

@TheSkyrimVenture Maybe I'm not using destruction right or not putting enough of points into my mana but I can't see how destruction magic would be effective in any case on Master difficulty. Even after putting points into perks that increase the damage of certain types of spells it still has little effect. What destruction spells do you use cause the ones I have suck?

@TheSkyrimVenture No need to apologize.lol. Whatever it's called I still find it useless even when you combine two firebolts together. I even have lvl 1 of that perk that increases the damage of fire spells and it's still weak against moderate or higher enemies. The two schools I find most effective are Illusion and Conjuration.

Master difficulty is so dumb .. All it does is make the enemy hit harder and give them a shit ton of health/ or make you hit so fucking weak... Also how is that a draugar w/e they called can almost. 2hit me when it has no muscle and half dead and my character is buff as hell and i have to hit this guy 20 times for him to die... Love the game but i want it to be more challenging but this just doesnt make sense

@RomanowRomanow1 in depends on difficulty you have chosen. destruction as much as useless on master diff. summons are usefull because they arent weaker on higher diff. If you re a pure sommoner then the difficulty doesnt make any big difference i think, but on the other side its boring as hell when you dont need to do anything

@Ixtzalit I hated destruction when I started making overpowered weapons. 40, or 60 dmg on fireball versus 300+dmg, sneak attack and a cricital or power attack on top of that seems much more. But if u get mana cost to 0 which I did u can just cast fireballs from both hands and use impact attack to stagger opponents all the time, same with freezing attacks , which are pretty good if u just spam them like crazy. OP bow probably one hits everything but destruction is not as bad as it may seem

@RomanowRomanow1 sure but it costs alot of time since you need several hits to kill the foes. Using overpowered weapons , 0 mana cost enchanments, 100& mag ress etc destroy all the fun in my opinion. There are so many guides how to get rich, how to skill in a short time etc but all of them are as same as cheats and shorten the time you enjoy the game.

Does difficulty have any bonus on XP gained or loot?

If not it would be a shame. If the only reward for putting a harder difficulty is that you need 20 arrows to kill a rat it would seriously suck..

@TimmacTR No you just progress your skills more as for example if a guys takes 10 hits with a single handed weapon on apprentice and 30 on Master, your single handed skill will increase much more rapidly.

@TheSkyrimVenture as far as i can see the skill system is also entirely new, like you don't need to calculate what main attribute each skill is going to improve so that when you level up which attribute is gonna go up first with the ''coin'' system..

I'm playing the hardest difficulty and for the first few hours I like it quite a lot, 3 hits for a dog with a sword and a little less than 10 for a hunter, seems quite fair..

@joyrideINmypants had that to even whit alteration spells up for extra armor and pure heavy armor+ shield base at lv 21 i got the bolags mace and at lv 25 i could not even do the last section of Meridia shrine quest,4 adds + boss..o.O even an orc tank + astronarch specialism i get ganked in 8 seconds tops in that last room >.>
