Lol, my first ever shiny was a shiny mankey, was just started at pokemon leafgreen (had the game only a week or 2) and when i was training my Charmander (at that time around lvl 11) and the HP of my charmander was orange so i decided to walk back to the poké center and then at my way back i had to go through 3 or 4 steps grass and then i just encountered a pokémon, i was just thinking like: Ah crap... Time waste, THEN A SHINY MANKEY POPPED UP! lvl 4 Female mankey, it's now lvl 41 or 42 i think.

i only found a shiny geodude shiny loudred and a shiny palkia i am not good at finding shinys

I've only ever found 3 shinies at random: a red Meowth in FireRed, Gold Geodue in Diamond ( evolved him into GOLDem) and a shiny hoothoot in SoulSilver; I found three others with pokeradar: a gastrodon that doesn't even LOOK shiny, a green Bronzong, and a blue Nidoran male

@jayindie93 It's crazy how I keep running into random shinies on my Diamond cart. I had never even seen one before and I had played all the games since Blue! :)

I have been lucky... I have found quite a lot of random shinies... a Psyduck in the great Marsh, a Gastly and a Staravia, in sapphire I have found Zubat, Oddish and Tentacool, but I lost the last two in a trade ¬¬

I heard worse. I know a guy that got a shiny piplup as his first pokémon thought it was a glitch and reaset his game. Later found another shiny pokémon and Killed it.

I don't know why anyone would do that...Even if I thought it was a glitch, I would think it was cool and keep it anyways. xD

You find them in The Trophy Garden, whenever the dude you talk to says he has them. :)
