you guys need to realise, when singers lip sync, they usually have their mics turned on (but low in the mix) so they can add their own inflections into the song occasionally, but for the most part they just hold back and aren't singing. Avril can actually sing, so it's unfortunate that in this vid, she isn't.

shes actually not lip syncing guys. theres just a ton of effects on the mic. and just about every guy in the band is singing incredible backups. appreciate the fact that this is genuinely good and the result of hours and days of practicing one song with real musians. excellent performance!!!!!!
