  • Most of the stuff this guy is telling is B.S for example the indigenous autonomy comes from previous legislation from the INRA Law

  • Evo won a referendum imposed by the opposition in Bolivia to keep him in power, 64% of the population vote YES then a 54% of the population vote for a new political constitution in a second referendum. Evo is in Bolivia to stay if you don't like it , lump it.

  • to the people that celebrate this, please inform yourselves, although this constitution has a lot of good points, socially this constitution is divisive, racist, and it has a lot of contradictions, the way it passed the constitutional assembly in oruro was COMPLETELY ILLEGAL, if you live in bolivia for a while you'll understand how corrupt the MAS government is, much worse than previous ones, i've seen it first hand, the fact that morales oposes old politics doesnt make him a good politician

  • Go home, neoliberalismus! USA ,go to USA!! no more war! go mafia iluminati!!latinoamerica free!! no more control for the bankers and elit¨mafia!!stop with the iluminatis plans!!!

  • Racist...........plus this is being done by the majority of the population. That's called democracy. If you don't like it, too bad because you know you can't do anything about it so complain all you want.

  • why racist? take a look at Mr. Morales administration... it's the same old politicians... and the "indian" faces are just for the show, they don't have any real power... that's why I said "varnish"...

  • i think it's a good sign that it wouldnt be accepted in the USA, also the 90% turnout seals the deal, more than double what it is in America

  • Today, President Morales fired the fifth CEO of YPFB (the bolivian oil company) in 3 years. The reason? corruption, once again.

We already experience gas and diesel shortages.

The managment of the "nationalized" oil ressources is catastrophic. There, the ineptitude and corruption are rampant.

It´s true that the new constitution "recognizes" our rights over hidrocarbon ressources, but the ancient also did it.

  • Better to try to do it with ethics and work out the corruption, than wiling expoloit people - imperialist have been doing that for too long.

  • actually morales IS corrupt himself, not in the sense that he steals money, we dont know that, but in the sense that he DOES NOT RESPECT THE LAW NOR THE CONSTITUTION, a lot of laws were passed without senate approval, and the constitution itself didnt have enough votes on the constitutional assembly, this referendum was illegal, he also killed a lot of people in sucre and pando and gives outrageous speeches calling to arms, you people who didnt live in bolivia dont know the true facts

  • RP12

  • Congrats Bolivian people!

  • Hopefully indigenous peoples everywhere will finally be awarded their proper dues; we wandering immigrants heaping 'white' European and American so-called values and robbing natives of resources along with their lands and cultures must finally be recognized by the global community and be pressured into ceasing their destructive actions upon third world nations.

Peace on all Continents please, pleas welcomed!

  • this girl sounds like ahmadinejads (sp) translator

  • you're right..her voice does. But her name sounds indian

  • I predict future happiness for Bolivians if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them:)

  • congrats

i see the autonomy with some concerns though.

    hope it serves well.

the jurisdiction should be not messed with....

    best regards

  • vamos todavía!

  • Viva La Revolución

  • ¡viva!

  • ¡viva la revolución!

  • ¡la pacha mama bailando en loco frenesí! ¡viva bolivia!

  • Wonderful! I'm so glad for the Bolivian people!

  • Bolivia has been a "slave state" for so long that the change in resource managemnt was actually invitable. Western corporations built roads, power plants, electric lines and infrastructures that COMPLETELY bypassed the Bolivian people, going directly to the greedy corporations. This was CLASSIC "colonialism" which is a British born state "policy" followed today by transnationalist corporations. Raping countries for their resources is building this hatred toward fascist poligarchy.

  • Now that this has been achieved in Bolivia, don't you feel that it is time to bring this kind of change to Mexico and the rest of Central America?

  • Absolutely! if we stand together these greedy assholes don't have a chance! We outnumber them SIX BILLION to one.

  • How 'bout bringing back the Constitution to the U.S.A.?

  • Start by supporting the rule of law!

  • good idea! but it would be too hard for those dems and republicans too contemplate. our best bet would to be breaking up into 50 sovereign countries. or we should join canada and mexico in the north american union

  • Great vid. 5/5 stars.
