@reikoinaz Thanks. I don't remember where the font came from to be honest. I've had the file stored on my PC for quite some time now. But if you google "Knight Rider Font" I'm sure you'll find the base font. I then used Sony Vegas to add highlights and effects to it. :-)

i dont get it...does the car factory made few samples of thes kitts or they are just custom made?

Every Kitt car is a conversion made specifically by the owner, or by someone the owner has hired to build it. The 1982 Trans Am and the third generation trans ams are basically the donor vehicles. All the components like the Kitt nose, the dash, and other features are available through many companies online.

As for me, I built my Kitt myself. I utilized many companies and individuals to acquire the parts for my Kitt. And 14 years later....she's still getting add ons. :-)

Does anyone actually stop to think that the studio didn't seem to turn up with their own original knight rider bar the mustangs. That makes all thoes people who worked very hard on creating and running these cars look good!!! Glad I wasn't there, I couldn't keep my hands to myself and I would be grinning like a village idot!!! I think if they need to shoot knight rider with the orignal car they know they can ask to borrow one of these guys cars!! Nice Job!!!

Great stuff, Mike!! Looks like it was a blast.

The bit with the briefing before you all went out on the road where the guy said "you guys represent the Knight Rider Festival" was pretty neat. Hopefully the weekend went off without so much as a hiccup.

There is always a next time when it comes to you guys and your cars, I can't wait to see what you do. Will you top the Knight Rider Festival? Not likely!!
