Just how big a band can you take with you into the subway I wonder? Certainly can't be much, considering the space and noise it would cause. Sacrifices for the greater music perhaps? ;)

well...nobody said they had to be confined to a subway station unless that's some kind of gimmick they are trying to pull off. perhaps a street corner would be better suited?

although I wouldn't mind a little music to listen to while waiting for the train but that's just me.

I'm with you on that. I just wonder if the police would have that much sense as well, since they are willing to police even the most innocent of activities. I seem to recall a certain dance routine by the POLE-ITE GIRLS landing someone in jail. :S

oh gosh, why not bust some people singing in a subway station? It's not like there are people stealing or killing someone at the exact moment you're wasting time arresting someone for singing or dancing!
