  • AMAZING!

  • This is outta control. Great job. I got 117 reps, but... I only have one arm.

  • wow great job man iam going to try this today for the first time i hope i can do it for 10 minutes straight

  • Very smooth hand switching technique! Good job! Now you need to work up to only one switch :)

  • Logan you are a Cardio Machine ..!

  • Incredible, Logan!

  • Great drive, brother! Val Halla awaits!!!!!

  • Great work Logan. Serious conditioning and mental toughness

  • Yeah mates, Logan is the real deal. I bought his bok "The Ultimate Guide To Handstand Push Ups" and really dug the drills and scalability. He has an RKC certification and many of those cats FREAKED when they saw an RKC using 'bad form', but form is relative and i think that 301 is 301. He didn't get hurt or lose training time, so what is form, really? And he weighs less than 200lbs. i think, so that 53 pound bell is, well, relatively heavy for 10 minutes eh???????????????????????????????????

  • 301? You must be serious fit! I can only do about 50 and I gasing!

  • Amazing Logan!!

  • Impressive. I feel like I would've gassed out like 1:30 in.

  • holy shizle, dude, that was wicked. You must have an iron lung.

  • @misterbaumann I like to call is 'Locomotive Breath' to steal a song title from Jethro Tull.

  • @LegendaryStrength how about aqualung by jethro tull !!

  • That looks pretty brutal! If I could even do that from the start, I am sure I would have worn out long before you! Just out of curiosity, what muscles does that work on? I am thinking the shoulders and possibly some back.

  • @bf6067 Legs, back, traps, shoulders, arms, and grip. Basically the whole body.

  • Before people start hating on the form please read this. Note that in order to go this fast there is no opportunity for complete lockout of the kettlebell. This is not a competition but used for training purposes to build speed and conditioning.

  • @LegendaryStrength Dude, form police is EVERYWHERE! :) Btw, awesome workout, brutal to the bone.

  • thats amazing your a pretty bad ass mofo
