How come they are playing to a track with congas already in it?
If you notice, the tumba sounds without the conguero playing it. ..

Whatever about the horns, how about a real bass!!

For me get rid of the traps and add a bongo, then replace the sax and 'bone with 2 more trumpets.

horns are weak, get sax and bone only and it will tighten, loose the trumpets.
drummer is crashing cymbals too much. nice keys, vocals and congas.
