Actually everyone is guilty until proven innocent now days and it really sucks! In Philadelphia the police can and will search anyone they want with no probable cause. We have TSA not only at the airports, but at Transit Malls and Greyhound stations. It seems that the law is working against the people and not for the people. @WildlifeSeriaLKiller I'm black and i have to agree, we went to war with the native americans just like any other country. You usurp some land and occupy it and have an army patrol it for a number of years as well as breed out the people who used to live there...its basically yours. We've been here for hundreds of years now. If Mexico want their lands back or native americans they would have to go to war with us. As much as this country is fucked up sometimes, I never want to live in africa.

The U.S. is not responsible for harboring fugitives from bordering countries. Mexico is to blame for the disastrous condition of their country, don't try to blame anyone else for their political incompetence. Mexico may be corrupt and a difficult place to raise a family, but if you move to the U.S. you have to play by our rules. And if you're too stupid to realize it, maybe think before having unprotected sex so that you're not in a situation that entices you to cross the border illegally.

Judge Susan Bolton's ruling on SB1070 also contradicts "Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996" passed by Congress and Bill Clinton, requiring local and state governments to cooperate with federal government and its agencies in enforcement of illegal immigration laws. "Unlawful presence is an element of the federal crime of reentry after deportation, 8 U.S.C. § 1326, and unlawful entry into the United States is also a federal crime, 8 U.S.C. § 1325."

Judge Bolton disregarded federal law by blocking some key components of Arizona's SB1070 that requires aliens to obey federal law! The "Alien Registration Act" passed by Congress in 1940 requires all aliens to have documents with them at all times, proving they are legally in the US. This activist federal judge needs to be kicked off the bench for reckless disregard of federal law!

This is amazing.... im not mexican or white im African American and its funny how white people brought african americans over to help build thier country and when we started having some type of status in this country you became scared and we had the civil rights movement now we have mexican americans that are building our country and now they are gaining status you are afraid lol its funny because ive learned iggnorant racist people are afraid and its sad you live in fear like that!

@sade8510 I don't think this a status issue, more of a "let's set up a system to bilk the uneducated illegals" mindset. Illegals drain billions of dollars, and enforcing tax regulations on them would go a long way in helping to alleviate the growing deficit. Those intelligent enough to challenge the white upper class can cross the border legally, so I'm not sure what your point is about illegals drawing fear to the upper class.In fact, illegals hurt the poor more than anyone else.

I have no problem with what color anyones skin is, we're all human beings.
But I do have a problem with people who aren't citazens getting welfare and all that aid we all pay for as tax payers while they don't chip in themselves. Meanwhile half of america is unemployed and we've got illegal immigrants pickuing up the jobs americans dont have because employers can pay them less

But the fact is if we allow them to be an example of how soft we are on immigration laws then it will seem okay 4 anyone and everyone around the world no matter how many there are flood our country. Ironically Mexico is really harsh on illegal immigration, they actually enforce it. As well as other countrys. Get sick of people thinking that this country is a country of immigrants for immigrants, if your family's been here for 300 years ur not an immigrant.

Not surprisingly, a federal judge sided with the federal government. This bias in the courts is one reason why Americans are slowly losing control of the federal government, and the country as a whole. Democrats and immigrants may find that something to cheer about, but I certainly don't.
