If you can. Try to save up for a real armwrestling table. It will benefit you a lot. Keep you hip right up against the table at all times. The further your body is from the table to more seperated you are. You want your body positioning to be tight. Work on getting your resistance tubing coming from multiple angles as well. This will help you a lot. The way you have the bulk of your tubing isn't really simulating where the majority of your resistance is going to come from in a real match.
