Living a vegan diet, rebounding, love, breathing exercises and people like you have kept me alive and I will continue to fight. That's not to say the truth is not important, it is. And that is the problem with society (being too trusting or too lazy to know the real truth) But it is an impossible task to push the truth onto others. I've done two weeks of really healthy eating of mainly vegetables, salads and fruit. I noticed my knees weren't as in much pain through arthritis and I could move about more.

@doctorcheriwatts I hope that request for help was for yourself because in the end, you are the only one that can do this. Remember, you are important and it is important to to be as healthy as possible because without health, nothing else really matters. Try going 60% raw, then move up to 80% when you feel comfortable to do so. If you never go further than that...you will be way ahead of the game. Good Luck!

I bought 128.00 worth of fruits, veges, nuts for my 16 year old son and everyone at the grocery store was tripping!! I said this last 2 weeks and we eat healthy!

And that is the problem with society (being too trusting or too lazy to know the real truth) But it is an impossible task to push the truth onto others. I've done two weeks of really healthy eating of mainly vegetables, salads and fruit. I noticed my knees weren't as in much pain through arthritis and I could move about more.
I've recently slipped into bad eating and straight away, all the bad symptoms returned. Stupid me.

@doctorcheriwatts I hope that request for help was for yourself because in the end, you are the only one that can do this. Remember, you are important and it is important to to be as healthy as possible because without health, nothing else really matters. Try going 60% raw, then move up to 80% when you feel comfortable to do so. If you never go further than that...you will be way ahead of the game. Good Luck!

I ate a lotta fat and a lotta protein and quite heavy food and I do not need doctors. am still in shape and having very healthy body despite a very stressful environment and very little sleep. You called the right one out now, man. And I do not eat much, but I eat almost anything.
