Yes,I am an ACOA,we're not bad people either. I do believe that ACOA's like both you and myself can be "healed" and have a wonderful life. It is deep seeded, but you'll get better,I promise! Start off by loving yourself, and every morning looking at yourself in the mirror to see what a loving and beautiful person you are. Know that none of your parents problems have anything to do with you, you didn't ask for it or cause it in anyway.
