He looks oddly fond of her. ur rite his face there is funny :) I love Hyacinth's naivete and innocence. I love her enthusiasm about life. Everyone else in the show seems soooo jaded in comparison! So while she may be seemingly domineering and gets on one's nerves, I cant help but feel attached to her. Patricia Routledge plays her beautifully!
Oh I absolutely agree. I adore Hyacinth! You're right, she goes after what she wants. I would much rather have her as a neighbor than anyone else in the show. I would like Hyacinth and Richard Bucket on one side and Tom and Barbara Good on the other. What an experience that would be!!
