  • this is the worst exercise for waist! it does a man shape ,not a curvy defined waist

  • I think that when you twist from the waist the way to do it is not to move hips. I feel sure she is doing the exercise wrong.

  • it will... but most people think that they can lose weight without moving...

    u gotta do some cardio... most of these exercise work, but u can't just wake up and start doing them... you have to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of cardio.. THEN you do exercise like that...

    i've been doing 20-25 minutes of cardio 4 days a week, and i've been doing exercise like that one, and abdominal exercises, and it's been working...

  • Hai can u tell me how to do cardio exercise..?? my age is 21 i have 29 inches waist but i want to reduce to 28 and too i have belly..
