  • That's pussy. I poke people IRL.

  • I STALKED A UNICORN ONCE BUT THEN I BROKE ITS LEGS WITH MY CAPS LOCK BUTTON

  • they arested her cus her name was janet jackson hahahaaaa false identity

  • WE ARE IN A WORLD OF BULLSHITTERS FROM THE FAMILY UP .

  • she wasnt jailed for poking someone on facebook, she was jailed for violating the order.

  • What doesn't make sense is if this woman had been stalking her why didn't she just block her on facebook?

  • So... I would be in jail for 1,000,000 years?

  • @Bobert1016 Which part? The entrapment bit? Well ... basically she would be saying "don't ever contact me, but here's a good way to contact me. Go ahead. I dare you" and then complaining that she was contacted. If she has a restraining order, that would suggest to me that they are NOT friends, so remove her from the 'friends' list and block her (if facebutt allows that). By the way, question marks are normally used to end questions.

  • @Erik10191 it gets send to their front page on facebook and they got the option of poking or clicking the "X" on it or well leaving it there thats about it

  • Why are no one commenting on the way she says "illegal"?!

    eeleeh-gull

  • @Skitlus did you hear the way she said illegal? siiiick

  • @Skitlus Why is nobody pointing out your own grammar fail you retarded fucker?

  • @ArmoredFelix

    Poor attempt.

    1/5

  • Yeah, if I was being stalked by someone I would definitely have blocked them on facebook long before this.

  • ..I hate the government dude. Seriously? Arrested for poking on Facebook? Those people are nutcases.

  • Are you fucking kidding me America!? Are you fucking serious!? I moved from the states to Europe 8 months ago cause of job and i do not see these primitive dick attitudes here like this. OMG i`ll tell ya, American women are the biggest spoiled brats i`ve ever seen.EVER!

Man i`m talking to these European chicks here and it feels so nice to talk to someone who respects you for your masculinity and not cause they feel like they need to call the cops on you cause you asked for her number.

  • wtf is wrong with these morons? I admit I have virtually no knowledge of US law, and this based on watching movies. I would say that keeping her as a 'friend' on facebutt, *after* getting a restraining order would qualify as Entrapment. It's a damm good thing the US doesn't have laws against being stupid!

  • That's so stupid that I can't believe it

I think the law sytem in America has to be very crappy

  • If the other woman took out a restraining order against her why does she have her on fb?

    Makes no sense..

  • @messakg123 Yeah seriously

  • There is WAYYYYYYYYYY more to that story.

  • you american are such idiots...idiot country

  • @ViolaMerda1 ok do you mean the stereotypical morons in america (because i can honestly relate to that) or EVERYONE in america?

  • there should be a "hit in the face" button in facebook.

  • looooooooooooooool that´s america :DDD

  • You cant "poke" someone that is NOT your freind, or thier profile is private. The "victim" is at fault as well for not using her security features on FB, they provide these for that reason.

  • This is so stupid!!! a woman faces up to a year in jail after 'poking' another woman on facebook!!? what non sense!

  • The headline to this video is misleading. The woman faces jail for violating the terms of a restraining order, not merely for "poking" the other woman on Facebook. If she tried to knock on the other woman's door would you say she was facing jail time "for knocking on X's door", or for the actual crime of violating the restraining order?

    Just more Facebook-related hype...

  • /facepalm

  • i wonder what photos she was going to look at, at the end.

  • this is soooo stupid

  • "it's not know how the women know each other"

    yeah right

if she got a restraining order on her, she's one of two things:

an ex or a boyfriend's ex

i'm going for dumped lesbian lover

  • THIS IS NUTS!

  • world gone mad because poked on SHITFACEBOOK jaled and other people can come to your house and robe you and if u will try to hit rober you will go to jail fc ridicilous ... i think i fc deserve to die ,,, madness

  • Unless there's no way to block a user and his/her from being able to poke I can see how it might be viewed as harassment if there's a restraining order in play. Stalking is illegal. When a RO specifies how many feet away the stalker must remain, & that the accused is forbidden contact of any kind w/ the person being stalked, mail/email, phone calls & , 'Poking' on FB is technically an attempt to contact so they are violating the judges rules. She deserved to be arrested for violating the order.

  • oh well no shit Shes got an protection order out on her and yet she goes and breaks it by poking her, shouldnt she just have removed her?

    Idiots, idiots, idiots..

  • FAIL

  • Only in southern America would something that INANELY STUPID take place...

  • @screech519 uh how about stupid shit happens everywhere.

  • Ever heard of DELETING Friends???? Dumb ass ;-)

  • Oh wow.

  • Comment removed

  • Obviosly she had her on her friends list if she had a problem with the poking or stalking take her off your facebook! Idiot.

  • Surprise Butt Secx??

  • ffs this is fkin retarded

  • stupid people really, with no brain, animals are more clever than this people, they don't know why they are living and what's their purpose of life.

  • The bitch was fucking asking for it :/ Why not BLOCK her if you filed a restraining order against her? It's like getting robbed by a guy and leaving your house unlocked all the time after it. You have to LEARN from these things.

  • JUST LIKE MY COMMENT;S

  • Nice! thanks for the share, I found a bunch of free facebook stuff at -- facebookworld (dot) i n f ox <-- remove the spaces and "X" and use the actual "period key" on your keyboard, not the word. lol

  • THAT is exactly what i call THE POKE OF DOOM....

  • look your not seeing the whole point its that she violated a court order by doing it so the chick probably deserves it

  • if this woman gone to jail cus ''POKEING'' person who put chargers on her probably a DUMBASS... she could of removed her from friends list or blocked her, insted of going to police.. lol hahahaha OLD women shouldnt go on facebook honestly...

  • I thought this was Onion News too! lol

  • owned

  • First of all, what's so threatening about a poke!?!? Secondly, privacy settings are there for a reason. Use them... as well as some common sense...

  • new facebook layout sux!!! i found many cool facebook layout from

    elurl [.] com/grl

  • Im getting sued for facebook page about another kid i faked an account

someone wish me luck on these dumb laws

  • Last I checked, you could only poke friends...

  • She was not arrested for 'poking' anyone on Facebook, per se; she was arrested for violating a court order designed to prevent her from stalking her victim.

  • @Daisytoo right. she is a lunatic. there was an order of protection against her and she went and "poked" the person. pure harassment.

  • whats poking in facebook lolllllllllxxxxxxxxxx

  • shes fine mama i would not mind getting poked by her

  • Damn...now she's gonna get poked by some chicks in prison when them lights go out.

  • thats why i dont fuck with dat facebook shit, of course facebook is sometimes useful when ppl are in touch but also fb has big misdeeds.

ppl are dumb unveiling all what their poor life is all about, with no fucking privacy, it's all fucked up.

today u can just google someones name and get all his details and hobbies, ain't that fucked up huh?????

  • The title is very misleading.. The woman got arrested because she violated the restraining order, not because she poked some random person on facebook.

  • it was confusing, the thing is, int he restraining order, did it say including virtual contact via online?

  • Can one get pregnant if I used my dick to push the poke button?

  • lols

  • @snakesinmypants if you do that is sexual assault ._.

  • @snakesinmypants I just did

  • @snakesinmypants That's how I got pregnant. lol

  • lol thats funny

  • It's common sense: if you have a restraining order against you, DON'T poke the victim either!!!! Poking her is, in fact, a form of contact. For this woman to have gotten slapped with a restraining order, means she is not 'that' innocent. She needs to be taught a rigorous lesson.... in the slammer!

  • ahhhh you cant poke me jail!

  • facebook is for lonely pathetic narcissistic losers with nothing better to do with their lives .

What did people do before Facebook? They actually went out, met people , had real friends and normal healthy relationships and spent the time they spend of facebook in more productive ways.

  • Meanwhile you're on youtube talking shit. Dumbass.

  • assassemi,

commenting on videos not the same thing as facebook you ignorant dolt.

  • actually its a good way to keep in touch with friends and family or co workers that you have met over the years. It is a very simple website that involves little effort and is very useful

  • yes dan,

Facebook...a very useful website. Just the way the CIA designed it. Convenient one stop shopping for all your intelligence and database gathering, not to mention commercial advertising demographic needs on citizens of all ages, race , creed, color ... foreign & domestic.

  • Hahahahahaha

  • FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ok this is not necessarily about the poke itsself..if you have an order of protection against someone they are not allowed to contact you...so really her poke was no different then her emailing this lady...anyhow still dumb...moving on

  • I can understand the arrest if there was a order of protection, but don't you have to be a friend in order to poke someone.

    That's weird!

  • thats crazy why would someone go to jail for pokin someone?

k why do people think facebook is there life it just the internet kinda said society we live in now

  • I'd poke her

  • POKE!:D

  • Ok, I just went to someone's page who is not my friend and you CAN poke people who aren't on your friends list.

  • thats kinda creepy

  • Way to spend our hard earned tax dollars!

  • better watch out who you poke!

  • Whoever she stalked should have their ass whipped for going to court on the stupidest charges I have ever heard of. That is some dumb shit. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.

  • good, psycho stalker bitch.

simply put, some women AND men are absolutely nuts. protection orders dont do their job if they only protect you within a physical distance. internet stalking is still stalking!

  • pathetic lame bitches! Who the bloody hell gies a flying fuck???! No one! Stupid americans asking for it

  • hahah, i know, and americans wonder why the world hates them.

  • screw you!

  • LOL yeah i know right... just DRAMA RAMA!! stupid physcho cunt

  • sad sad sad ....this is one sad f******* world we live in.

  • i will be willing to bet my life its over a man and she is on the losing end but maybe the guy got drunk and hit it and she sent a message telling her what happened lol just another reason im happy to be a man

  • Ha ha ha ha, really?! She fails.

  • freak

  • Agree

  • Exactly - A person can't really contact anyone on facebook UNLESS they are facebook friends.

  • I thought this was Onion News seriously?? wtf.. block her.. done! not blocking her is like asking for it

  • @mockingarab its not about blocking her, its about her staying away from teh other woman because the law says so. Nothing says she can't get another account with a different name after being blocked and do it again, she's not supposed to be doing in the first place.

  • If the woman was bothering her that much - simply REMOVE her from the friend list. Facebook is just another method of keeping in touch with friends. Sure - some get too into it, but some people get too into texting, calling, emailing, etc. I would hardly call a poke a form of contact. In most societies - this case would be laughable at most, In the U.S - it's headline news. Sad really.

  • My life has been much happier since I quited from the facebook. More time for myself and my family. :D

  • way to waste tax dollars!!!

  • The title of this video is misleading. Her sending the poke is nothing more than a small part of a much larger story. She's not in trouble simply for sending a poke to somebody that freaked or something, her sending the poke was breaking the law to begin with for her. But I guess the title served it's purpose, it grabbed my attention enough for me to watch. FAIL!

  • that's just fucking stupid...

  • give me a break

  • that was bcause she stalked her not because she poked her....

  • who cares? if you're dumb enough to have a social networking site that is cataloged by the NSA you're an idiot anyway.

  • why doesnt she just leave her alone? jeeze talk about obsessed.. if she was already jailed for it... then the judge will put her in for the year or give her probation, either way she F'd

  • This is going to be interesting as to how a virtual poke is real. The people that come up with this shit have ZERO responsibility for its use but make billions. The public is the scape goat for what others think is a violation. We are just entering the virtual/cyber world! Fasten your seatbelts.

  • both women are childish! 1st, the accuser should have deleted her from her contact list. i am sure she didn't forget they were connected. when she got the Poke, she could ignored it and end of story. 2nd, the accused was being childish by sending the Poke. there are thousands of other things to do on facebook besides Poke someone who has an Order of Protection against you.

    WOW @ the pettiness!

  • no contact means no contact

  • NOTE TO THE IDIOTS OF YOUTUBE: before you post some retarded comment, actually LISTEN TO THE DETAILS OF THE STORY - it has to do with a RESTRAINING ORDER, not facebook itself....

  • Hmm, lucky for your comment, I thought it was just Facebook.

  • People don't listen very well, do they?!

  • Lol, the judge is a fucking ignorant idiot who doesn't know how Facebook works.

  • I'm sure the judge knows how it works... and by it's own meaning by "poking" her on facebook.. she violated a no-contact order.

    Simple as that.

  • LOL

  • So after getting poked on facebook she called the police?

Someone should make a facebook account just to poke this woman constantly.

  • She, "allegedly", poked someone on facebook. Let's throw her ass in Jail!

    <3 the legal system.

  • No... shes going to jail for violating a restraining order.

If I had a restraining order i would find it in violation any contact.. whether it's in person, by phone, by mail, or by internet.

The media is just giving it a "high tech" flare to the story to get our attention..

    Damn it... it worked!

  • Seriously, do you really need such deceptive headlines to get get viewers? She wasn't arrested over a Facebook "poke", she was arrested for initiating contact with someone she was legally forbidden from contacting.

  • P-p-p-p-poke-r face!

  • WHAT THE HECK?? Facebook poke?!

  • The healine is wrong.

  • lmfao so the real moral of the story is never poke anybody!

  • wtf...lolz

  • your headline is MISLEADING! This is not about the poke feature on Facebook. The protection order has been violated if there was any attempt to contact the person she was told NOT TO CONTACT. That is exactly what Poke does.

  • Wrong headline AP.She was arrested for violating a court order.

  • OMG please let this happen to me I got a death sentence for such stupid people in this world that would include the judge the police the person complaining OMG

  • wow...

  • a woman stalking another woman eh,

  • Wow Americans are idiots.

  • Real Estate agents. ALL VAMPIRES

  • Chee Sin Dick..........!!!

  • put them all in jail

  • cant you just ignore some1 on facebook? like the block think youtube has

  • wtf!! they cant be serious.

  • wow

  • Ok if it was proven she was stalking her, I would understand. If not, then this is an utterly ridiculous.

  • Either way it´s ridiculous. That´s why there´s the ignore option.

  • Lmadabo

  • She violated the protection order by contacting her so even a "poke" is enough for an arrest!

  • Well, if it isn't clear how the Women knew each other, then why even releasing the story AP? that just leaves for more questions.

There are many different ways to stalk someone, "Cyber-bullying" isn't new... and yes it should be illegal.

  • what? you gotta be friends on facebook to "poke" each other. so how could she violate that if... well, you see what im getting at.

  • Good point... If she "allowed" her as a friend, then she would allow everything that goes with it.. like being "poked".. lol it still sounds funny

  • i agree with that its contact she is seeing how far she can go

  • A poke is hardly a threat, but it is interesting how the virtual world is changing the dynamics of laws.

  • Oh wow.

  • give her 10 yrs probation and ua her every week

  • These police are a disgrace to the human world, Poking is Sexual Harassment I see, so 1 million people should be arrested then.

  • It's a violation of an order of protection. In other words, if someone was stalking you and you got an order of protection, I'm sure you'd want that to extend to the Internet so they couldn't harass you there.

  • I'm sooooo glad, I'm not the only one that can look past the headline and understand the TRUE story.

  • What the heck O_O. That is plain boredom....

  • i do not ever poke its creepy...

  • DEATH PENALTY !!

  • poking is Sexual Harassment

  • WOW this shows how bored the government is just fucking sad

  • this is so stupid.. dont they have better things to take care of...

  • what

  • Not a big deal.

  • Isn't our judicial system great?

  • i guess its a lethal poke!1

  • then y the hell does she have her as a friend then?

  • you don't have to be friends with someone to poke them
