Good tips. However, I like to do the raises all the way up over my head. The reason is I could also work some of the traps while working the front deltoids. I don't think it hits your biceps that much like this guy says.
He means that if you want muscle mass, then you would use more weights with lower reps. e.i. 25lbs - 3 sets of 6-10 reps. If you want to get just toned then you would use a lighter weight but more reps. so 10-15lbs - 3 sets of 20 to 25 reps. Of course the amount of reps and weight varies for each person.
