Eye trick. It's nothing special, it's just a NORMAL clear plastic or glass ball. It only looks like "magic" or some crazy "antigravity material" because you CAN'T SEE that he's spinning and rolling it around. He is just balancing and spinning the ball giving it the illusion of floating. You can also do this with a mirrored/polished/chromed ball for the same effect. You can do this with a baseball too but since it has lines on it you can see it spinning and the "effect" won't be the same.
