Food processor is faster, but this ricing process might make for a lighter gnocchi.
What brand ricer is she using? In looking on Amazon, I don't see one with the white handles. Might be fun to try both methods.

As much as I like music, the instructions are sometimes drowned out by it. After all, it's not about the sound track, it's about the gnocchi.
