John Paul Jones is the God of Bass in my opinion (<< please take note of that word "opinion" before you slag me off) Jack Bruce is great but not quite as good as Jonesy for this period.
Yeah i agree that Jones is great my favourite part from Good times Bad times is that bass bridge at the end of the song. It's awsome. John Entwistle from The Who is great too.
Cream may have inspired more bands than any other in history because they all were so unique but played together so well - and Gingers drumming just propelled it all!!
if you consider the rhytm section the musical base, then you just cant mention ginger without jack bruce, that man is a freaking god at bass, actually, his performance in this very song is unique, just as uniue as ginger's drumlines and eric's amazing solos
