Truth be told, a lot of these wrestlers died due to steriod,cocaine, and painkiller use over the year, some abused it for a long time and their bodies began to deteriorate, some stopped like Eddie Guerero(2 years before he died) but it was to late, it caught up to his heart and killed him in his hotel room. Or like Benoit who just could not stop doing it, and it ended up causing brain damage for him to do something stupid. This is the reality of the wrestling business, only a few make it.

Chris got depressed at his brother's death and he was not doing well in Pro Wrestling so he shot himself. Than Kerry Von Erich 2 years later also commited suicide by shooting himself after facing drug charges and told he would be going to jail.
That's an incredible number of deaths from heart failure, and also a high number of suicides. I think that just shows how fucked up a lifestyle it is to be a wrestler. Steroids, recreational drugs, alcohol, painkillers, back-breaking work almost every day of the year, constantly on the road, the stress of trying to stay on top. @terrorzona78 A of the difference of the two is caused by less people doing illegal drugs then prescription. Likewise, unlike illegal drugs, prescription ones actually do some good. Most deaths caused by prescription ones are caused by idiots mixing them with things they shouldn't or overdoses. When any kind of drugs with negative possible side effects, there are risks.
