Old Gun cleaning kits

I just did a video today on Weapon Shield CLP that's what I use to clean and prevent rust etc, however I still don't have any dessicants do you use anything in particular as a dessicant?

@BradenOmnicide Charcoal works wonders in keeping moisture off of guns while in the safe. small container of charcoal in your safe and you won't have to worry about rust appearing on any of your guns.

@BradenOmnicide No problem,man. ya, Friend of my dad told me about the charcoal. He's been using charcoal for over 20 years and he keeps hundreds of guns in outdoor containers (big military sheds Like I have in my back yard). Charcoal is the best method I would say.

I have one of those kits, they are great. But, I must warn you. If you keep making fun of Nutnfancy you are in for it. He is going to put on kevlar gloves, tactical boots, knee pads, a boonie cover (digital camo), tactical flak jacket (w\sapi plates), put on face paint, load up his overloaded high speed AK pos (with all the bells and whistles), and Rambo knife. Then, he will shoot a grappling hook on your house, make a tactical hole through your roof, sneak in on you, and kill you.

just one quick tip. be super extra careful when using the rods because i broke one of the rods in the end of the of my rifle and my grandfather gave me that gun cleaning kit and he just passed away this past summer. so be really really careful.

The one kit is a rifle kit, not made for pistols. Combo rifle/pistol kits have an adapter so you can attach pullers and brushes to the first piece of rod.
