FACT: In the Senate legislation, the cost of the coverage expansion is $871 billion between 2010 and 2019. Other spending in the bill totals about $90 billion over 10 years. With about $200 billion more for a permanent repeal of the Medicare physician fee cut, the Senate plan's total cost approaches $1.2 trillion. There is no reconciliation bill that exists. Obama's push for reconciliation is a distraction from the bigger picture. Before the Senate can act, the House must first pass the Senate's bill exactly as it was passed on Christmas Eve, with all its pork-barrel deals like the cornhusker kickback, the Louisianna Purchase, etc. With everything the American people have already made clear they hate. I LOVE THE SMELL OF TEA IN THE MORNING! Socialism isnt the endpoint. Its just a waypoint on the road to their true destination: Communism.
